Hi Grace, I shouldn't think so! What universities are looking for more than anything is that you are going to understand, enjoy and engage well with the material on the course. Obviously if you like bio/chem/phys then there no reason to suggest that university will not look at you because of this.
Analytical skills will definitely be a good one as you can use this a lot in criminology and law. Another good thing would be to talk about what you do outside of your classes, for example good books, podcasts, tv programmes etc that have engaged your interest in the subject. Just be honest! personal statement are about you, not just your A-levels. Good luck!
