None in particular. For straight Psychology they sometimes (but by no means always) state a requirement (or a preference) for maths or a science subject. But for Psychology with Criminology it's rare to see any specific subjects mentioned. (Other then the standard exclusions for nonsense A levels like General Studies.)

if so for example someone has criminology btec, and other A levels such as religious studies and English. Taking this degree will be fine, correct?

Well, that's not really fair is it? Your original question was "what a levels do you need to a psychology with criminology degree?", whilst now you're throwing in a BTEC.

BTEC are not A levels; they are not the same qualification and universities don't treat them the same (generally speaking).

Also, the BTEC brand is owned by Pearson (who also own the Edexcel brand). So if the qualification isn't one of theirs, then it's not a BTEC. Pearson don't offer a BTEC in Criminology, so we know you're not doing a "criminology btec". I suspect you're referring to WJEC's Applied Certificate in Criminology, or perhaps their Applied Diploma in Criminology.

The following lists are not exhaustive. They're just to give you a flavour of what's out there.

The following universities offer Psychology with Criminology (or Criminology and Psychology) courses for which your combination of qualifications would meet their entry requirements (assuming you also meet their grade or UCAS point requirement):

University of Winchester ("In addition to the above, we accept tariff points achieved for many other qualifications, such as the Access to Higher Education Diploma, Scottish Highers, UAL Diploma/Extended Diploma and WJEC Applied Certificate/Diploma, to name a few.")
Birmingham City University ("WJEC Level 3 Diploma in Criminology (QCF))"
Lancaster University ("We accept the WJEC Level 3 Applied Diploma as equivalent to one A level")

These universities accept the WJEC course you're doing, and offer a Psychology degree - but not a Psychology with Criminology degree:

University of Leeds ("We welcome applications from candidates who have studied the WJEC Level 3 Applied Diploma alongside two or more A-levels (excluding General Studies and Critical Thinking) - a minimum of one of these A-levels must be an academic A-level.")
University of Exeter ("We accept WJEC Level 3 Applied Diplomas and the WJEC Level 3 Diploma in Criminology as equivalent to 1 A Level.")
University of Bristol ("We accept the WJEC Level 3 Diploma in Criminology and WJEC Level 3 Applied Diploma in Criminology in lieu of one A-level for all courses offered within our Faculty of Social Science and Law. This qualification must be accompanied by two A-levels, or one A-level and a further A-level-equivalent qualification.")
University of Edinburgh ("We accept one BTEC National Extended Certificate, Cambridge Technical Extended Certificate, Level 3 Extended Certificate, or WJEC Level 3 Applied Diploma in combination with two A Levels, for entry to our degrees.")

These universities specifically say they that they do not accept your WJEC qualification (regardless of whether they offer a Psychology with Criminology degree):

UCL ("The WJEC Level 3 Applied Diploma in Criminology is only accepted for entry to the BSc Crime and Security Science programme, and the Engineering Foundation Year programmes. This qualification is not accepted for any other programme at UCL.")
