Hi there, I am 9th decile in my head, applying to UKFPO for 2023. I was hoping to apply to the North West of England Deanery with a view to working in Manchester for FY1. I’m just wondering what is the likelihood of this given my EPM score of 42 currently. I feel like looking at previous years minimum scores isn’t overly helpful given the change to the EPM score calculation (removal of additional educational achievements). I was wondering if anyone has any experience of someone with 9th decile getting a job in Manchester. Just concerned that I could get into the deanery but end up getting a job in the Isle of Man for example.
