BMI & Body Satisfaction Research Study

Me and my group would really appreciate it if you could fill out a short questionnaire to help us with our project!

We are looking at the relationship between BMI, body satisfaction, and sexuality (heterosexuals, lesbians, bisexuals, pansexuals, and any other sexuality) in individuals who self-identify as female and are between 16-24 years old.

There is a small questionnaire that takes about 10 minutes.

There are some sensitive/personal questions about BMI, body image, and sexuality so if you have a history of or currently have an eating disorder we do suggest for your welfare that you refrain from filling out the questionnaire.

Hi sorry quick question for height (and weight) at the beginning we can put both cm and feet-inches . Should I write in both of the boxes or is one or the other fine?
