Current first-year student here. I realize this is a little late if this question was something you were asking as part of UCAS.

At the moment, until the end of this academic year, examinable lectures are pre-recorded and online. All other parts of the course (tutorials, workshops, meetings with staff) are in-person at South Kensington and there are some in-person extension lectures at White City.

Ancillary modules such as Horizons will vary on their approach, but most classes are back in person.

I have heard that this will likely change next year to all examinable lectures being back in person, as many students did demand this, myself included.
But all lecture theaters have recording equipment so the lectures will still be recorded for anyone who can't (or doesn't) turn up to the live session.
