Tenancy Takeover in Newcastle

TENANCY TAKEOVER

Mansion Tyne, Newcastle, Premium En-suite.

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Mansion Tyne as I won’t be able to afford to live here next year. The contract is £128 per week, 51 week contract, from 09/09/2023 to 30/08/2024.
The Room I’m currently in is quite spacious and comes with a desk, a wardrobe and a 3/4 bed, a small sofa, a full length mirror and a tv attached to the wall.
On site facilities include a laundry room, a cinema room, a study room and a social room with a pool table.
In my flat their is a shared kitchen with 8 other people. They are all lovely and amazing and quite a few of them will be saying next year I’m pretty sure.
