That depends on what's on the x and y axis of your graph.

If y and t are variables and log10y\log_{10}y is on y-axis and tt is on x-axis then log10b\log_{10}b is m.

If y and b are variables and log10y\log_{10}y is on y-axis and log10b\log_{10} b is on x-axis then tt is m.

You haven't provided more information but it's likely from convention that y and t are your variables so the former is correct.
