Gene - DNA - Chromosome - Nucleus.
As an explanation just in case, think that a gene is a small section of DNA, chromosomes are made of DNA, and a nucleus contains chromosomes. Hope that makes sense

First of all there are the genes. The Genes in turn are a section in the DNA and determines the characteristic attributes in heredity. The whole DNA strand is coiled to a chromosome. Last but not least all cells - in human genetic - have 23 chromosome pairs, so 46 in total. Thus the order is:

Gene (smallest) - DNA - Chromosome - Cell (biggest)
