Balance oxygen atoms last, hydrogen atoms second last, then just start with any element to balance next, this works for all equations.

Also use the oxidation states. Sulfur in sulfuric acid has an oxidation state of +6 and in the elemental sulfur it is 0, so we need 6electrons, thes ecan only come from 6 Iodide ions being oxidised to form 3I2 molecules.
