edexcel ial math a* requirements

i am sure that i can meet the first requirement which is to get 480/600,but what im not sure of is that can i still get an a* if i got 92/100 p4, as i got 88/100 in p3 jan 2023,im gonna be sitting p4 in the 9th of june,so can i still get an a* if i at least get 92/100?
I am asking because my schools coordinator said that i should get at least 90/100 in p3 and p4 in order to get an a*,is it true?
