Anyone interested in taking over my student accom contract in Glasgow for the summer?

Hi all! I am moving out this summer and require anyone who is interested in taking over my tenancy. It is a private student accommodation called Claremont House situated close to the Uni of Glasgow

Some information about the accommodation :
• Location: Claremont House, Claremont Street, G3 7LE

• The room is en-suite in a 5 person shared flat (Will be 3 person short during the summer, making it more quiet)

• Rent is 173/week, 692/month (negotiable). Bills are included in the rent.

• The accommodation is 15 minutes walking distance to the University of Glasgow and 22 minutes walking distance to City Center. It is also right next to Kelvingrove Park providing a scenic route to the University.

• The amenities included are a gym, roof terrace, cinema room, laundry and common areas.

• A bus stop located 1 minute away from the accommodation (has bus 77 direct to Buchanon Bus Station)
