I am planning to transfer my contract for en-suite room at Hayloft Point.
The fee is 295 gbp per week.
I have already paid the fees till 7th Dec 2023 and the contract remains for 24 weeks till 24th June 2023
I can move out by 10th December latest and can be even earlier by mid/end November.
Pls reply if you are interested (you should not be a postgraduate student to take over)
