Does it matter where the chlorine is in vinyl chloride?

I’ve been doing the electrophilic addition of vinyl chloride with Br2 but there’s a slight variation in my answers, the chlorine is in a different position. Does this matter?

It's drawn 2-dimensionally, so no it doesn't matter. As long as you have the Br- attacking at the correct carbon, and all the correct arrows, you're good
