Can anyone explain Q11b please? and why its in that particular order?

Is it F, H, J, E, K? RER transports proteins, Golgi then modifies them eg into lipoproteins and packages them into vesicles. The vesicle carries them to cell membrane and fuses to release the contents out of the cell. Don't know the answer so if I'm wrong let me know.
