What were the 2 Sources and also the format of Question 5 of English Language Paper 2?

If you were doing AQA:
Source A is One's Company by Peter Fleming
Can't remember Source B.

As for Q5 - Speech
By format I'm assuming you meant the structure?
I did:
1. Address audience
2. Opening paragraph (your POV on the statement and what you will argue)
3. Main paragraph (point 1)
4. Main paragraph (point 2
5. Main paragraph (point 3)
6. Maybe add a one-line paragraph (for effect)
7. Counter argument (what others may think)
8. Closing paragraph (summary)
9. Thank audience

That's just how I did it. Then again, I'm not very smart so
