Does qualification type matter for jobs in computer science?
I know there is a difference but do companies take that into consideration when hiring? Or would they focus more on my skill level, still in Year 12 just thinking about whether I should do a BSc, MSc or Bsc then MSci.
I plan on doing BsC Computer Science in September, but the truth is: I don't think companies care at all about that. Most job descriptions require you to have experience with various coding languages, and software packages, not necessarily a degree. Also as a heads up: You need a BSc to progress onto a MSc, can't leap frog it iirc.
oh right, yea didn't specificy but I did mean an integrated masters with Bsc like the 4 year courses. Thank you!
