Regarding Oxford admissions for international students
The as level results just released, and i did good enough to get 3 predicted a*s, but for my maths, for which we did ALs early I got an 89, right below a*, I understand that the admissions are more selective when it comes to international students, and many around me preach about the importance of four a*s, I hope to apply to biochem or biomedicine, I’m considering the latter, In order to take the bmat to perhaps gain an edge over others, but I’m aware it’s a double edged sword. Are my grades fine for an international student? Should I retake?(i’m also prepping for US so idk if I have the time, I don’t have a handle on as math either since it’s been more than a year ), for the experienced, any advice?
