Last-minute Derby accommodation

Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting September 13th as I am no longer attending University of Derby.
It is a female-only en-suite in a modern private student accommodation, sharing a kitchen with 4 other women. It's on Agard St - about a 10 minute walk from Derby City Centre.
It’s a 43 week contract (13th Sept 2023 - 10th Jul 2024) at £160pw. So in total £6880. However, I’m planning on paying the first rent instalment of £640 and willing to give an extra £360 as it’s such short notice. So the total you would pay is £5880.
