Tenancy Takeover - Leeds

Due to recent events, I will no longer be staying in the accommodation I have signed for in Leeds.
The housing is located in 5 Sefton Court, and one room is available (room 4)

Single room within a fully furnished 5 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Will be with 4 other tenants who will be 2nd year students at the University of Leeds.

5 minute walk to Sainsbury's + High Street.
Cycle lane direct from house to the University.
Plenty of pubs (including Weatherspoons) and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk.

The agency (DEU Estates) has been very responsive and helpful in resolving with any issues with housing.

Informing the agency (DEU Estates) with any issues, will send an agent to resolve the issue asap.
