SPecific charge - physics homework

I am struggling to work out the specific charge of an isotope. I am not quite sure what sub atomic particles i should be including into the calculation. IYGWIM

I assume you know the definition of specific charge. If not see below.

From the definition, we divide the total charges by the total mass.
In a nucleus, which sub-atomic particles contribute to the mass?
(a) electrons only
(b) protons only
(c) neutrons only
(d) protons and neutrons only
