What is the form for?
Not all A levels will have modules/units.

Look at the relevant Exam board website and click on the subject. The codes might be available there. For example if you Google AQA A level Business studies you will find; A-level Business Paper 1 (7132/1) and A-level Business Paper 2 (7132/2).
