If a job asked for a specific graduation year does that mean you can't apply if you had already graduated 1 or 2 years ago?

Hi,

Lots of jobs post their preferences for new hires but it doesn't necessarily mean that they wouldn't hire you if you didn't meet their exact requirements. My advice is to apply anyway, make sure to highlight how you could benefit the company with your skills. Even if you just get an interview and don't get the job, it will be great experience for you, and the feedback will help you understand what you would need to do for future interviews.
