Usually they explicitly state who the internships are for (e.g. penultimate year students etc), so it should be clear if they will consider recent graduates.
I expect they would typically expect a recent grad to apply to their grad scheme though.

Generally I don’t think most companies would be interested, but nothing stopping an application. Spring weeks are really just insight events for first year students and definitely off focus for a graduate.
You could try an “off-cycle internship” which are often 3-6 months & can lead to a full time role
