My Imperial portal - Reference

Hi all, I have submitted my application but my referees did not receive any email. Under the Reference > Request Status, it is showing "Not submitted".

Anyone facing the same issue?

let your referees check thier junk folder, mine did and turns out that they recieve emails into thier spam folder,
