How/where to get work experience?

I am undecided on what I want to do and I'm working on Alevels. I'm perhaps thinking of going into accounting and finance. How would/Where could I get work experience (in London)? Also what super curricular activities could I do to help me?

There are some A-Level programs from JP Morgan and other firms. Otherwise it's mainly just spring weeks which only start when you get to uni.
