Food tech NEA1 2023- Bread
Hi guys if anyone is dong their food tech AQA NEA1 this year on raising agents and bread i need desperate help 
my teacher's been useless, she hasn;t told us how to structure, no preparation, nothing, and it's due in a week and i also have mocks so i'm under huge amounts of stress, literally any help would be amazing, structure, what points you're making etc. please help!!
