molecular biology question : Phosphorylation of the CREB transcription

Phosphorylation of the CREB transcription factor by protein kinase A allows it to:
A. dimerise
B. translocate to the nucleus
C. bind to DNA
D. recruit the CBP histone acetylase

i know it recruits CBP but idk about CBP histone acetylase LOL

all i know that histone acetylase weakens DNA-histone interactions

basically i think the answer is D, but it could also be C (although i thought this happens only before phosphorylation)

help !!
