How do you express 3^2÷(2^122×5^120) in standard form?

For gcse maths, i dont understand the logic behind the answer

In standard form you have somethinng like
mantissa * 10^exponent
so think about how you can get 10s and what is the exponent. Then see whats left to give the mantissa (and adjust the range if necessary)
