Balliol vs. St. Antony's

Balliol vs. St. Antony's

I am interested in graduate studies at Oxford in the Intl Relations and Policy space. Which college would you indicate a preference for? I'm debating between Balliol and St. Antony's. Although St. Antony's has a stronger lean towards IR (relevant faculty and college events), Balliol seems to have a better social life and more exposure to students in other studies. I'm not interested in pursuing a PhD so the research aspect is not a huge criterion for me, but the alumni network and social community are.

Edit: also funding... not research funding but general scholarships
