What themes/characters do people think are likely to come up this year for English lit A Level Edexcel? I'm stressing!! My texts are: Streetcar named desire,
Antony and Cleopatra,
The little stranger vs Dracula
Chaucer,
Poems of the decade vs unseen

Oml we literally almost do all the same stuff!

Here's what poems they haven't done:
Out of the Bag
The Lammas Hireling
The Deliverer
From the Journal of a Disappointed Man
Please Hold
History
The Gun
On Her Blindness

Here are some they haven't done for TLS and Drac but they might repeat old questions:
1. setting
2. identity/duality
3. violence
4. madness
5. supernatural
6. death
7. men / / gender / sexuality

and here are some Streetcar they haven't explicitly done before:
love
fantasy; dreams
deceit
death /mortality / loss
different points of view
conflict
lies and truth
violence
femininity, gender roles, relationships between men and women; sexuality
power
mental illness,
weakness / vulnerability
the past / nostalgia
family relationships
class and social status
tragedy
