I think new college and balliol send offers a bit later than other colleges

Oxford tends to give you at least a week's notice with interview invites, so I should think that as the interviews for history will be between the 4th and 8th of December (according to the official timetable https://www.ox.ac.uk/admissions/undergraduate/applying-to-oxford/guide/interviews/interview-timetable2), it is most probable you will hear tomorrow or the day after.
