Tenancy takeover in Plymouth!

Hiya, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at a shared house. It’s the second biggest room available (I checked). The room comes fully furnished, with a double bed, big wardrobe, desk with extra storage and a full chest of drawers. There is also a bedside table with a lamp and more storage included. You’ll be just 5 minutes from the university and 7 from city centre! The rooms available ASAP - whether in the new year or this month is fine. I’m moving out due to some personal circumstances back home - everyone’s lovely and you get a washing machine + a dryer and a tv license! Let me know if you’re interested, please! All bills included and a high utility cap for the whole house - which does include the use of the washing machine and dryer. No need to pay for laundry at a laundromat! No need to worry about council tax either - as it’s not a payable cost at this property!
