Student tenancy takeover in Plymouth for January 2024

Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy agreement in Plymouth around late January 2024. My course does not require me to be in Plymouth after this and I'm financing it myself so would rather not have to stay. It is £121 a week with bills included only a five minute walk from the university campus and drake circus. It is a houseshare with two roommates who keep to themselves. Double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk, chair, drawers and shelves. Two bathrooms both with showers. Kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Communal living room and dining room.
