ARABIC GCSE Self teaching in under a year?

Well, i live fun egypt for a year and speak standard arabic quite well. I’m homeschooled and split my subjects over 2 years so i’m learning arabic gcse just starting from this september. I’ve been learning vocab from the spec and there’s quite a lot. I think my main issue was the speaking exam because it’s a little nerve racking and im not too confident with it but i’m okay with listening speaking and writing. Do u think it's possible to achieve a grade 9 at this stage? Keep in mind i did half my gcses and im only doing 4 others.
