How do I deal with the stress of my GCSEs coming up this year I really need your help people

Some tips:

Make a nice to do list

Study at different places (change in enviro)

Sleep early and wake up early

Do the things you like to do in between studying

Take a nice walk

It is fine to have a (seemingly) unproductive day = aka doing nothing

Eat well

Know that as long as you try your best you will do just fine

Listen to music?

Hiii!
Revision tips:
I'd suggest using Quizlet as I found it really helpful when I did mine, making flashcards is good too, always look through the textbook as it can be really helpful.

Help dealing with stress:

Take breaks throughout revising

Have a study/revision timetable

Don't revise for a million hours a day - plan your revision times

Pls, pls don't pull 'all nighters' for revision - I did that once and it didnt help me i was just really tired the next day lol

Hope this helps x
