not read Jekyll and Hyde

I have my gcses coming up in like 2 months
I'm doing edexcel Jekyll and Hyde, merchant of Venice and an inspector calls.
all three books we did like last year and inspector calls I basically understand it and merchant of Venice kind of. however Jekyll and Hyde I dont understand the book at all so I've been watching loads of videos online and they are helping me understand the book better however I dont actually know what happens in the book apart from a rough summary. I dont really know lots of other quotations I only know the main ones. when given an extract I have no idea what going on in it although I can still analyse it. I know key themes and character analysis but that's all I know. should I read the book again? I have two other books to re read as well so im kind of panicking.
