Biology question molecules

Hi, please could I have help on this question? I thought there is glucose in the lymph so I don’t understand why the answer cannot be B (it’s A).
Here is the question: https://app.gemoo.com/share/image-annotation/630962753239470080?codeId=DGW3412gLXq0b&origin=imageurlgenerator

Blood - contain all of them.
Tissue fluid contain same as blood, except no large proteins + erythrocytes.
Lymph does not contain glucose.
There are antigens (on self-cells and pathogens) in blood, lymph and tissue fluid. E.g all of them can contain white blood cells, which would have an antigen.

But why can’t the answer be B then, as you said there is glucose in the blood and tissue fluid but not in the lymph?
