Play usually dispatch your items fairly quickly. Amazon can take forever if you're going for the super saver option, so you're waiting even longer for the item to be delivered.

I prefer play.com, free delivery excuses a slightly later delivery service.
On Amazon marketplace, i'm always slightly disappointed when i see how much the delivery costs. Even if a book is 14p, you end up paying £3 or more for it. And being 14p it means its in crap condition.
