Parcel Amazon shipping

I ordered a parcel, and it's gone through Amazon shipping, because I live in accommodation, I have a postroom only able to accept deliveries Monday to Friday, but on Sunday, it said it was delivered, it's now Tuesday and it still hasn't arrived, should I contact Amazon shipping or the original company I brought it from.
