what unis have the best contextual offers for medicine undergraduate?? i meet a lot of criteria
Some things I would look at.
> ukwpmed see if anything fits you?
> Look if there are any widening participation type pre-med courses at your local med school. Some have special schemes for local applicants.
> look whether you are eligible for the UCAT bursary. It is useful to have for the UCAT but also can act as a bit of a passport for some med schools application processes.
> do a table of med schools and work out which ones your A level subjects are suitable for.
Then it's a case of looking at all of the application policies widening participation criteria to see if you meet them. It's also worth specifically looking at foundation/ gateway courses which may be helpful too.
> it's a spreadsheet type job I think and just get an idea of where will give you additional consideration / support.
> the best ones to actually apply to won't be known until after you have sat your UCAT (unless of course you get a guaranteed interview from one of the local or ukwpmed schemes).
The contextual offers will be varied school by school.
