delta e - what decrease in temp???

Hey! does anyone know if there is an equation or a way to work out how much the temperature will decrease by for a delta E value which is endothermic. e.g if delta e was +233 is there a way of telling how much temperature would decrease?
Thank you!

you could use deltaH = cm(delta T) ? [if you've been taught that equation)

c = specific heat capacity of water = 4.18 kJ/kg *C
m = mass
delta T is temperature change (then add the appropriate sign)

ahh thank you soo much! for some reason i can't seem to find this on the internet! erm by mass do you mean the Mr of the compound? or do i need to calculate a mass in grams?
mass in grams- like in specific heat capacity, when you have a 300g block of something your mass is 300g.
