How do I tell the difference between men's jeggings and skinny jeans?

I got some new trousers. They were tight(ish), felt like jeans, had pockets,zipper,belt straps... But they stretch! Not too much but enough to know I have more movement than my slightly larger non stretchy jeans. At first I didn't think they would fit, but they do

Can't tell whether they are some sort of skinny stretchy jeans (do these exist?) , or jeggings.

I used to have a pair of them but I gave it to chairty, always felt exhausted after putting them on (plus they were incredibly uncomfortable for my large penis).

No because I think some people prefer to let their jeans hang loose a bit or to at least have some breathing space between skin and jean. Plus these stretchy jeans are very tight around the penis area and hence embarrassing.

Skinny jeans are often made of a stretch fabric now, check the wash label and see what the material breakdown is percentage-wise obviously if it's like half elastic, lycra whatever then they're not jeans.

Haha, I know girls wear them though they just look like jeans in leggings form. So was quite shocked that guys will wear - I mean wouldn't it be weird to show the whole world your downstairs, shape and form lol
