Most of the people I know saw this question; it was very easy because it looked like a facsimile of what was written on the official specification.
It was the easiest 5 marks on the paper if you knew the spec. Unfortunately I live in Yorkshire, people easily forget to look at the back page. You'd think they'd learn but it happens in almost every exam.

It's certainly possible, if you consider the data above. It just throws up the question, is it nature or nurture? I think nurture is more likely, but it's hard to come to definite conclusions.
