The second image is as far as I've got in this case

Would i need to convert all of the cos's on the top into sin's and divide through by cos? or something along those lines?

Sorry, I didn't see your second image. Try dividing top and bottom by cos6θ\cos^6 \theta

Can I quickly ask how to do part c? My calculator is not giving me exact values(it usually does!). I got (20-30(sqrt2))/23
