54 - 108/5 = 162/5 or 32.4

Can you explain 5.c) ? (It's really bugging me)

Anyone have any idea was 100UMS is going to be for this?

It wasn't that hard if you knew the area and surface area of a cylinder.

I got y = -4 and x = 9 :/

Hopefully got 100 UMS, the cylinder question really wasn't that bad. If you didn't know the equation you could have used some common sense and seen that the circumference of a circle is 2πr and so you then times that by the height to get the surface area so it is 2πrh.

Obviously then you can do what other people have said and do 48π = 2πrh + πr^2

Anyone remember the values they got for k (for the circle question)? it's the only question I'm unsure about..

Could 72 have got me 100UMS?

For 7bi isn't r=4

y = (x+3/2)^2 -¼ [2 4]
y = (x-2 +3/2)^2 -¼+4
y = (x-½)^2-¼+4
y = x^2 +¼ -x -¼ +4
y = x^2 - x + 4
