I really enjoyed that paper, was definitely difficult but so much of the stuff was on the June 13 June 14 past papers :biggrin:

Sadly I can't read and I didn't see the 'per thousand' bit on q7

was it 160ln3 pi for the integration without the cone?

No, I got 40π/ln3 for the area without the cone, and 27π/ln3 for the cone.
(My final answer was 13π/ln3)

was i the only one who found most of it hard o-o i only fully answered like 3 out of the 8 q's and some parts of the others. I didn't even attempt the vectors one ;-;

I thought it was absolutely shocking

Sounding good!

Didn't you have to use tan rather than sin? I didn't think the hypotenuse was involved. Got 8. something, although I am probably wrong.
Paper was about same as last year so I expect similar boundaries

For the Cartesian equation, a=2 and b= -5? Setting out the proof was quite tricky

Got that!!
