Nah that will be a A* in c3 and A in c4 and u will probably need the grade boundaries to be good to get a A* but u never know
I'm predicting 65 for a A* in both

I think I got 68 in C3, and then about 63 in C4, what grade do peoples think would that be - A or A*?

A* just about?

For 8b) I had my limit as 2-1/ln3. so My final answer was

9^(2-1/ln3) - 55 all divided by ln9. and then times pi. I just checked and swapping my answer with the actual limit of 2 and gives the correct answer. How many marks do I lose?

Reckon I got 66 in both, would that be enough for 180 UMS?
For question 7c) if i put 4000 instead of 4 would I get 1 or 2 marks?
For question 8b) If i integrated 9^2x instead of 3^2x plus the fact I couldn't get the exact volume of the cone (because I didnt have time to simplify to get Q in 8a), but showed correctly how to get it, how many would I loose? (Also assuming I didn't write a final answer) ... ?

Someone please respond, I'd be eternally grateful

For question 8b you'd probably get 2/3 method marks, just none of the answer marks

You guys have ruined my day :frown: :frown:
This is really not fair, i have double checked the spec and looked through 3 text books and it does not state anywhere that you have to integrate 3^x or anything similar. So i was never taught it and never came across it in exams.
Im going to loose six marks because of it

Pls help!! Really worried because I got the signs wrong for this question so would I at least get 1/3 for writing 32(In2)^2
