I think the best team set-up is @difeo and @zKlown ST, @Dirtybit CAM and Lúcio CDM with difeo as any.

Actually I don't agree.
The whole point of me playing CDM is so there are 2 human brains in the defence.
It allows for your defence to pressurise the ball and for me to track runners/drop deep. You often find me in the sweeper position but it wouldn't work like that if I was controlling the whole defence too.
I can't make defensive "runs" if I play as ANY, similarly to how I can't properly make offensive ones if I'm a ST.
