Medicine Work Experience Advice Needed

How many hours of work experience is preferable if you are thinking of doing Medicine in the future?
(Not including work experience at hospital)

What year are you in?

Tbh most medical schools appreciate long term experience. So even a few hours a week or a month over a long period of time is fine.

It's mainly what you learn from each work experience (kinda like quality over quantity).
Try to have at least one long term work experience. For me, I've volunteered two hours a month for four years, and also 2-4 hours a week for five months.
