Sky News just reported that 'Arabic shouting' and gunshots were heard before the explosion. I'd bet my life on it that this is another Islamic terror attack.

My Dad is in a meeting in an office in central Brussels. Armed police moving on streets below, constant sirens, helicopters rotating above city centre.
